Project: Complete

The toy boxes are both finished and were presented to the elementary school last week!!  Both boxes have 3 safety features. They have springs that prevent the lids from slamming, wheels that lock in place, and corner protectors that also cushion the lid when it closes. I'd like to thank all those who helped, including community members and stores that donated materials, High Point engineering students for constructing the boxes, special education students for putting hand prints on one of the boxes, art students who designed and painted one of the lids, and my project advisor.
